Job summary

KCI Technologies, Inc. is seeking a BI & Data Solutions Manager to lead the internal data and analytics function, guiding data platforms, dashboards, and AI use cases for enterprise reporting.

You will manage a team including engineers and BI developers, setting priorities and ensuring delivery across data initiatives. The role requires strong leadership, architecture knowledge, and effective communication with stakeholders and executive leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a technical, analytical, or business-related field.
• Eight or more years of combined experience in data solutions, BI/analytics, or enterprise data platforms.
• Experience leading or managing a technical team.
• Knowledge of modern data architecture and BI practices, including Power BI.
• Ability to balance stakeholder demands with a transparent prioritization process.

Responsibilities

• Own and manage the BI & Data Solutions team, directing work and setting priorities and capacity across data engineering and BI/reporting.
• Provide overall technical direction and roadmap ownership, resolving tradeoffs between data engineering and BI priorities.
• Balance BAU report/dashboard requests with long-term data platform initiatives and own the team's prioritization queue.
• Own intake and triage for new report and dashboard requests with transparent prioritization.
• Mentor team members in delivery, prioritization, and reliability, ensuring data assets are well documented.

Education

Bachelor's degree in a technical, analytical, or business-related field

Eight or more years of experience in data solutions, BI/analytics, or enterprise data platforms
