Job summary

KCI Technologies, Inc. is seeking a BI & Data Solutions Manager to lead the internal data and analytics function, overseeing people, platforms, and delivery practices that provide the trusted data foundation for enterprise reporting and AI use cases.

Reporting to the Director, Enterprise Systems, you will manage the Lead Data Engineer, Data Engineer(s), and BI Developers, shape roadmaps, mentor the team, and collaborate across Enterprise Technology to ensure clean handoffs and data governance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a technical or analytical field or equivalent.
• 8+ years in data solutions/BI or enterprise data platforms with leadership exposure.
• Strong communication and prioritization skills for cross-team work.

Responsibilities

• Own and direct the BI & Data Solutions team’s priorities and capacity.
• Provide technical direction and roadmap ownership for data and BI.
• Balance BAU reporting with long-term data platform initiatives.
• Mentor team members in delivery and time management.
• Ensure data assets are documented and consumable by other teams.
• Collaborate with Enterprise Technology to align data governance and standards.
