Job summary

The Haskell Company is seeking a senior leader to manage the preconstruction group, overseeing pricing, coordination, and delivery of preconstruction activities for projects. You will guide strategy, client engagement, and team performance.

Ideal candidates have a BS in a construction-related field and extensive experience in CMAR/Design-Build, with strong leadership and communication skills to drive successful outcomes.

Qualifications

• BS in civil engineering, construction management, or equivalent
• 12 years of construction industry experience or 16 years relevant experience
• Experience with preconstruction, CMAR, and design-build processes

Responsibilities

• Assist Group President/VP in developing group strategy and business plans
• Coordinate, manage, supervise, and train preconstruction staff
• Build and maintain relationships with existing and new clients
• Prepare proposals and deliver presentations to clients
• Attend industry events and conferences to support business development
• Lead preconstruction cost models and ensure accurate estimates
