Job summary

The Haskell Company seeks a seasoned Preconstruction Leader to drive strategy, pricing, and delivery of preconstruction activities. You will manage a team, coordinate with clients, and ensure accurate estimates and schedules across projects.

Ideal candidates bring extensive Water/Wastewater preconstruction experience, CMAR/Design-Build knowledge, and strong leadership with a client-focused mindset to support successful project outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in civil engineering, construction management or equivalent plus 12 years of experience; or 16 years of relevant construction industry experience.
• Water and Wastewater Preconstruction experience required.
• CMAR and Design Build knowledge are essential.

Responsibilities

• Lead the preconstruction group and oversee group pricing efforts.
• Manage, coordinate, and deliver preconstruction phases of projects.
• Develop and maintain client relationships and support business development.
