Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or construction management or equivalent is required.
• 8+ years of estimating experience preferred.
• Experience leading Estimating personnel and cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Manages Estimating personnel and develops accurate cost estimates.
• Develops and maintains preconstruction standards and processes.
• Reviews bid documents and conducts bid leveling analyses.
• Collaborates with design and operations teams on budgets and procurement.
• Identifies risks and contributes to the Risk Register.
• Travel as required.
