Dyne Therapeutics seeks an Executive Director, Portfolio Analytics & Systems Architecture to design and scale a comprehensive analytics and data systems capability across the clinical development portfolio. You will establish a single source of truth for portfolio performance, deliver trusted insights, and partner with IT to implement a modern data infrastructure supporting AI-enabled decision making.

Responsibilities

Design, define, and advance a next-generation insights platform delivering trusted, real-time reporting across studies, programs, and portfolio.
Serve as the primary technology leader and business partner to Portfolio and Program Management and Clinical for data, portfolio and analytics systems.
Architect a centralized operational data infrastructure (data lake/warehouse, semantic layer, data products) powering analytics.
Integrate study/program plans and budgets with actuals for planned vs. actual comparisons.
Implement scalable data governance aligned with R&D operating models and GxP expectations.
Lead IT liaison for Portfolio and Analytics, translating business needs into technology solutions.
Lead delivery and continuous improvement of portfolio and analytics platforms.
Develop standardized analytical frameworks and visualization standards.
Define and operationalize KPIs such as cycle times, site activation, enrollment velocity, budget adherence.
Lead the creation of advanced analytics to predict and optimize timelines, costs, and risks.
