Dyne Therapeutics in Waltham, MA, seeks an Executive Director, Portfolio Analytics & Systems Architecture to design, build, and scale a state-of-the-art analytics and data infrastructure across the clinical development portfolio. You will partner with IT/Digital and R&D functions to create a single source of truth and deliver trusted insights from study through portfolio levels.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in quantitative or life sciences; Master’s/PhD preferred.
18+ years in biopharma/biotech R&D with analytics leadership.
Proven track record building enterprise data & analytics platforms for R&D portfolios.
Expertise with KPIs, planning, and scenario modeling for timelines, costs, risks, resources.
Hands-on with advanced analytics/ML and turning algorithms into decision tools.

Responsibilities

Design and deliver a next-generation analytics platform with real-time reporting across studies, programs, and the portfolio.
Establish and govern one source of truth by integrating internal and external operational data into a harmonized model.
Lead data governance, architecture, and collaboration with IT/Digital to support business objectives.
Develop predictive country and site analytics to optimize trial delivery and inform feasibility.
Drive change management and ensure regulatory compliance (GxP) in all solutions.
