Job summary

Dyne Therapeutics is seeking an Executive Director, TechOps Alliance and Strategic Partnerships to shape and lead external partnerships across manufacturing, development, supply chain, and commercialization. The role requires extensive alliance-management experience and senior-level collaboration with internal and partner stakeholders.

Responsibilities include governance, portfolio execution, risk management, and executive communications to advance Dyne's strategic and operational objectives

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree preferred.
• 18+ years of pharmaceutical/biotechnology experience, with senior leadership in programs/partnerships.
• 10+ years in management or functional leadership; 5+ years in alliance management within Manufacturing, Supply Chain, or Technical Operations.
• Deep expertise in alliance governance, strategic partnerships, and performance management.

Responsibilities

• Shape and lead the TechOps alliance and strategic partnership strategy.
• Establish governance models, decision rights, committees, escalation pathways, and performance standards.
• Serve as primary strategic contact for partner organizations and senior stakeholders.
• Direct cross-functional planning across partnered functions to ensure alignment and execution.
• Monitor objectives, budgets, commitments, and outcomes; drive corrective actions as needed.
