Job summary

Dynatrace is seeking a Senior Director of Enterprise AI to define, govern, and scale our enterprise AI strategy across the organization, translating evolving AI capabilities into a clear, multi-year enterprise agenda. You will collaborate with executives to align initiatives with business value and risk, guiding a cross-functional AI roadmap and governance framework.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of progressive experience in enterprise technology, AI/ML, or digital transformation leadership.
• Proven ability to define and operationalize enterprise AI strategy at senior levels.
• Experience owning portfolio-level build/buy/partner decisions and vendor evaluation.

Responsibilities

• Define, govern, and scale the enterprise AI strategy with multi-year impact across functions.
• Own the enterprise AI roadmap and prioritize initiatives by value, feasibility, and risk.
• Lead AI governance, risk, privacy, and compliance efforts with Legal, Risk, Security, and Compliance teams.
• Build and lead an AI Center of Excellence; drive AI literacy and capability programs.
• Serve as the senior internal voice on AI ethics, fairness, and accountability.
