Responsibilities

• Lead a team of project managers to deliver enterprise projects and regulatory initiatives.
• Oversee project intake, prioritization, and resource allocation across initiatives.
• Promote growth and development of project managers and implement best practices.
• Facilitate steering committee meetings and drive stakeholder consensus.
• Oversee creation of project artifacts and tracking of deliverables and milestones.
• Manage annual project and budget planning; report status, risks, and achievements.
• Communicate with senior management and escalate issues with mitigation recommendations.
• Support enterprise governance program and regulatory initiatives.
