• Experience leading complex payments and IT projects/programs.
• Experience managing a team of project managers.

Responsibilities

• Provide guidance to a team of project managers and resolve issues.
• Oversee project intake, prioritization, and resource allocation.
• Promote PM growth and development within the team.
• Set best practices and governance across the PM team.
• Lead steering committee meetings and drive accountability.
• Ensure project artifacts and delivery milestones are tracked.
• Oversee annual project and budget planning and reporting.
• Communicate with senior management, escalate issues, and propose mitigations.
• Cultivate organizational culture through engagement and collaboration.
• Provide governance program oversight and support regulatory initiatives.
