Qualifications

• 10+ years leading PMO or project-management in SaaS/tech services.
• Proven track record delivering multi-project portfolios on time and budget.
• Strong governance, methodologies, and operational execution.

Responsibilities

• Build and operate a centralized PMO with standardized delivery playbooks.
• Establish governance frameworks, milestones, and reporting cadence.
• Drive planning, capacity forecasting, and execution tracking.
• Lead cross-functional coordination across services, engineering, QA, and CS.
• Hire, coach, and develop a high-performing PMO team.
