Job summary

OpenLoop is seeking a Director of Implementation Project Management to build and lead the PMO, overseeing all customer launches and coordinating across Sales, Solutions Engineering, and Technical Implementation. You will drive staffing, process design, and executive communications to ensure successful, on-time implementations.

You will manage a portfolio of strategic projects, mentor four Technical Project Managers, and align delivery with business goals, risk controls, and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 8+ years in program or project management, implementation or delivery in B2B software or services.
• Demonstrated experience designing and rolling out a PMO or delivery framework.
• Experience owning portfolio-level resource assignment and defending capacity.
• Experience leading a project management tool selection and implementation.
• Technical project management fluency: integrations, APIs, SSO, environments, data flows, UAT and QA coordination.
• Client-facing experience at the executive level, including chairing steering committees.

Responsibilities

• Build OpenLoop’s implementation PMO from the ground up with playbooks, gates, templates, and controls.
• Manage the implementation portfolio across all active customer launches with dates and staffing.
• Identify conflicts early and make staffing, sequencing or trade-off recommendations.
• Select and launch the project management platform and design workflows for adoption.
• Create customer and executive reporting on implementation status and risk.
• Lead PM for OpenLoop’s largest strategic implementations and manage scope, governance and client communications.
• Hire and develop four Technical Project Managers with strong client presence and discipline.
