Job summary

HuLoop Automation is seeking a Leader of PMO to build and lead a high-discipline delivery organization responsible for execution excellence across customer implementations. This leader will own project governance, delivery standards, execution rigor, and operational accountability across the services portfolio.

The PMO leader is tasked with setting the operating cadence, enforcing standards, and driving teams to meet commitments.

Qualifications

  • 10 years of PMO or delivery leadership in SaaS/tech services.
  • Proven track record delivering complex multi-project portfolios on time and on budget.
  • Deep expertise in project governance, methodologies, and operational execution.
  • Strong leadership to drive accountability and performance.
  • Experience scaling delivery organizations in high-growth environments.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience with distributed or global teams preferred.
  • Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree or PMP a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Build and operate a centralized PMO with defined delivery standards across projects.
  • Establish governance frameworks, methodologies, and operating rhythms.
  • Drive disciplined planning, milestone management, and execution tracking.
  • Create reporting on project health, risks, dependencies, and outcomes.
  • Ensure standardized delivery playbooks and best practices.
  • Intervene when scope, schedule, or quality deviate; protect scope integrity.
  • Instill ownership, urgency, and follow-through across delivery teams.
  • Drive accountability for timelines, deliverables, and customer commitments.
  • Lead resource forecasting and optimize utilization to support growth.
  • Oversee complex, high-visibility customer implementations; manage escalations.
  • Communicate professionally with customers; maintain strong relationships.
  • Refine delivery methods to scale; build repeatable models and tools.
  • Hire, coach, and develop a high-performing PMO team.

The PMO leader is responsible for ensuring every engagement is tightly managed, milestone-driven, and outcome-focused. This role sets the operating cadence for delivery, enforces standards, eliminates ambiguity, and drives teams to meet commitments. The ideal candidate thrives in high-growth SaaS environments and brings uncompromising focus on execution, timelines, and measurable results.

Job Responsibilities:

PMO Leadership & Delivery Governance
  • Build and operate a centralized PMO that defines and enforces delivery standards across all projects
  • Establish clear project governance frameworks, methodologies, and operating rhythms
  • Drive disciplined project planning, milestone management, and execution tracking
  • Create transparent reporting on project health, risks, dependencies, and outcomes
  • Ensure all projects follow standardized delivery playbooks and best practices
  • Intervene early and decisively when projects deviate from scope, schedule, or quality expectations
Execution Discipline & Accountability
  • Instill a culture of ownership, urgency, and follow-through across delivery teams
  • Enforce clear accountability for timelines, deliverables, and customer commitments
  • Drive rigorous status reviews and operational cadences
  • Remove execution bottlenecks and escale issues rapidly
  • Ensure cross-functional coordination between services, engineering, QA, and customer success
Resource Planning & Operational Efficiency
  • Lead resource forecasting and allocation across active engagements
  • Optimize utilization and delivery capacity to support company growth
  • Standardize project estimation and effort modeling
  • Continuously improve delivery efficiency and predictability
Customer-Facing Project Leadership
  • Oversee complex, high-visibility customer implementations
  • Serve as escalation point for delivery challenges
  • Ensure consistent, professional communication with customers
  • Protect scope integrity while maintaining strong client relationships
Process Improvement & Scale
  • Continuously refine delivery methodologies to support scale
  • Identify patterns, risks, and improvement opportunities across the portfolio
  • Implement tools and systems that improve visibility and operational control
  • Build repeatable delivery models that reduce variability and increase speed
Team Development
  • Hire, coach, and develop a high-performing team of project managers
  • Define role clarity, performance standards, and career paths
  • Provide hands-on mentorship and performance management
  • Build a culture centered on execution excellence and continuous improvement

Job Requirements:

  • 10 years of experience leading project management or PMO functions in a SaaS or technology services environment
  • Proven track record delivering complex, multi-project portfolios on time and on budget
  • Deep expertise in project governance, methodologies, and operational execution
  • Strong leadership presence with the ability to drive accountability and performance
  • Experience scaling delivery organizations in high-growth environments
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Experience working with distributed or global teams preferred
  • Background in regulated or operationally complex industries is a plus
  • Bachelor’s degree required, advanced degree or PMP certification a plus
