The role oversees enrollment, engagement, and ROI while ensuring compliant operations. You will collaborate with technology and venue teams to define requirements, optimize offers, and drive customer lifetime value.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business or related field required.
• 8+ years in loyalty, CRM, or related marketing functions; 3+ years leading teams.
• Experience building loyalty programs and with CRM, loyalty platforms, and reporting tools.
• Casino and gaming loyalty or hospitality experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute loyalty strategy and program design across locations.
• Grow enrollment, engagement, visitation, and lifetime value.
• Partner with technology and vendors to define requirements and ensure data quality.
• Lead promotions, lead generation, and ROI-driven campaigns.
• Forecast, monitor dashboards, and manage budgets.
