Job summary
Caesars Digital in Las Vegas is seeking a Director of Product for Digital Rewards & Engagement to lead loyalty and engagement across our online casino and sportsbook platforms. You will shape the long-term strategy, define innovative rewards mechanics, and ensure alignment with business goals and responsible gaming principles.

Qualifications
- 5+ Years Product Management Experience.
- Experience in regulated iGaming/Sports betting markets preferred.
- Experience with omni-channel loyalty programs preferred.
- Experience working with executive stakeholders preferred.
Responsibilities
- Define and own the long-term vision and product roadmap for loyalty, rewards, and engagement across digital products.
- Develop innovative loyalty mechanics that utilize the Caesars Rewards program structure to maximize engagement and lifetime value.
- Align the digital Caesars Rewards strategy with business goals, player segmentation, and responsible gaming principles.
- Partner with engineering, promotions, CRM, marketing, compliance, and operations teams.
- Serve as the product authority on Caesars Rewards in the digital products.
- Own the full product lifecycle for Caesars Rewards in the real-money gaming suite.
- Optimize UX for earning, tracking, and redeeming rewards across journeys.
- Track KPIs like activation, engagement, retention, churn, MARPU, LTV, bonus cost efficiency, redemption rates.
- Balance digital reinvestment with profitability; present insights to senior leadership.
- Lead integration with third-party loyalty vendors, CRM, payments, and other providers.
- Collaborate on strategy for third-party promotions and exclusive offers.
- Ensure extensibility for new jurisdictions, brands, and regulatory requirements.
