Accel Entertainment, Inc. in Burr Ridge, IL is seeking a Senior Loyalty Strategy Manager to lead loyalty design, enrollment growth, and governance across our gaming locations.

You will partner with Marketing, Operations, and Tech to shape compelling offers and ensure compliant, data-driven programs. The role requires 8+ years in loyalty or CRM, 3+ years leading teams, and deep experience with CRM platforms, marketing automation, and analytics.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business or a related field is required.
• Minimum 8 years’ progressive loyalty/crm experience.
• Minimum 3 years leading and developing teams.
• Experience building and managing loyalty programs is required.
• Experience with CRM, loyalty platforms, marketing automation, data reporting or BI tools is preferred.
• Casino and retail loyalty program experience is preferred.
• Experience in gaming, hospitality, entertainment, travel, or consumer loyalty environment is strongly preferred.

Responsabilités

• Set loyalty strategy across locations and channels.
• Grow program enrollment and engagement.
• Govern program policies, controls, and service standards.
• Partner with technology and vendor teams for requirements and data quality.
• Measure enrollment, active members, retention, and ROI.
• Lead loyalty and promotions team and external partners when applicable.
