Ladders is seeking a Senior Director, Platform Prioritization & Delivery to lead enterprise-wide prioritization and delivery discipline, ensuring work moves with speed, clarity, and consistency.

This remote, US-based role partners with senior leaders to manage trade-offs, resolve blockers, and align teams around execution priorities, building scalable portfolio processes and improving how the organization plans, governs, and delivers work.

Qualificações

• 5-7 years of experience leading product, program, or technical delivery initiatives.
• Proven ability to build and oversee processes that improve speed and effectiveness.
• Experience leading and developing Delivery Managers or similar roles.
• Background in regulated/technical environments with strategic autonomy.
• Expertise in enterprise-level portfolio intake and prioritization.

Responsabilidades

• Lead a team of four Delivery Managers across different focus areas.
• Manage the prioritization tracker as the single source of truth for project statuses.
• Facilitate weekly prioritization meetings and executive reviews with rigor.
• Establish company-wide delivery standards and frameworks that teams adopt.
• Ensure cross-functional alignment to clear blockers and trade-offs.
• Conduct post-initiative retrospectives to improve future planning and delivery.
