Qualifications
- BS/MS in Computer Science or related field.
- MBA preferred for strategic leadership.
- 10+ years in technical roles in development or enterprise services.
- 5+ years in supervisory or team lead positions.
Responsibilities
- Provide strategy and leadership for the Platform Services organization.
- Lead the development of integrated platform services for engineering teams.
- Define the approach to AI-assisted and specification-driven development.
- Deliver templates and frameworks for engineering teams.
- Own development environments and tooling for engineers.
- Ensure availability and performance of shared services.
- Create a seamless experience for developers to deliver value.
