Job summary

Mimica is seeking a Platform Engineering leader to own the infrastructure strategy, platform roadmap, and cloud architecture. You will scale the Platform team from 4 to 10+ engineers through sub-team design and strategic hiring, while driving AI infra, CI/CD, observability, FinOps, and enterprise deployments with Kubernetes and Terraform.

• Proven leadership in platform engineering with hands-on Kubernetes, IaC, and reliability ownership.
• Strong communication skills to translate infrastructure decisions for engineers, executives, and clients.
• Experience guiding large-scale platform initiatives and teams.
