Job summary

Qualifications

- 10+ years of progressive software engineering experience with 5+ years in leadership.
- Experience deploying production AI systems, model pipelines, and responsible AI.
- Proven track record migrating monoliths to microservices under pressure.
Responsibilities
- Drive technical strategy across a multi-team engineering organization (50-150+ engineers).
- Embed LLMs, generative AI, and ML-powered automation into the engineering lifecycle.
- Own delivery at velocity and hold teams to outcomes, not roadmaps.
- Partner with executives and health-care leaders to translate business strategy into bets.
