Job summary

Accenture PLC is seeking a senior robotics technology leader to develop scalable Physical AI and robotics solutions for industrial clients. You will drive architecture, coordinate with clients and partners, and oversee a Centre of Excellence across PoC, pilot, and production rollout.

The role emphasizes leadership of technical workstreams, deployment of VLA and real-time systems, and collaboration with ecosystem players such as NVIDIA and other robotics providers.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of experience with robotics technologies: ROS/ROS2, motion planning, sensor fusion, and simulation environments.
• Minimum of 5 years in Products, HPS, Resources, CMT, or related industries; Automotive, Life Sciences, and Public Services preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years leading technical workstreams (e.g., Solution Architect, Tech Lead, or Integrative Tech Generalist).
• Minimum of 3 years of experience leading robotics, software, or tech consulting projects in industrial/research settings.
• Bachelor's degree in robotics, CS, or related field or equivalent (minimum 12 years) of work experience.

Responsibilities

• Build Physical AI & Robotics solutions transforming client operations.
• Develop scalable Physical AI architectures focusing on autonomy, VLA model integration, real-time systems, and sim-to-real pipelines.
• Lead a Physical AI/Robotics Centre of Excellence (3–10 people) across PoC, pilot, and production rollout.
• Conduct technology benchmarks, venture screenings, and setup robust demos using latest foundation models.
• Coordinate with clients, partners, Accenture industry units, and ecosystem players like NVIDIA, Boston Dynamics, Universal Robots.
• Contribute to Next-Gen Robotics strategy: roadmaps, partner development, ecosystem positioning, and enablement initiatives.
• Collaborate with project teams and stakeholders to create standout Physical AI Robotics offerings.
• Build client relationships and gain trust of key advisors; develop business cases for recommended solutions.
• Support Accenture sales efforts when needed; continue to develop technical and business expertise.
• Be prepared for weekly travel to client sites (Mon–Thu); travel may range 25–100%.
