Job summary

Accenture PLC seeks a senior robotics technologist to build scalable Physical AI architectures and lead a Centre of Excellence. You will drive autonomy, VLA model integration, real-time systems, and PoC-to-production pipelines, working with partners like NVIDIA and Boston Dynamics.

You will coordinate with clients and multi-disciplinary teams to create standout Physical AI robotics offerings, while shaping technology roadmaps and contributing to sales efforts.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of experience with classical robotics technologies: ROS/ROS2, motion planning, sensor fusion, and simulation environments.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in Products, H&PS, Resources, CMT, or related industries (Automotive, Life Sciences, Public Services preferred).
• Minimum of 5 years of experience leading technical workstreams (e.g., Solution Architect, Tech Lead).
• Minimum of 3 years of experience leading robotics/software consulting projects in industrial/research settings.
• Bachelor's degree in robotics, computer science, or related field (minimum 12 years work experience) or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Build Physical AI & Robotics solutions for client operations, including PoC, pilot, and production rollout.
• Manage a Physical AI/Robotics Centre of Excellence (3–10 people) across phases from PoC to production.
• Coordinate with clients, partners, and Accenture industry units from roadmap creation to implementation.
• Develop technical and business capability with ecosystem partners (NVIDIA, Boston Dynamics, Universal Robots).
