Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in a related field is required.

Responsibilities

• Develops fundraising strategies aligned with Lifebanc’s mission and financial plan.
• Builds and manages corporate giving and major donors portfolios.
• Leads the Fund-Raising Department and staff development.
• Prepares fundraising performance and forecast updates for CFO/Board.
• Ensures compliance with solicitation and donor privacy policies.

Experience with corporate partnerships, sponsorships, digital or peer-to-peer giving, government grant processes

Experience developing fundraising budgets, revenue forecasts, and reports for executive audiences
