Job summary

Lifebanc in Cleveland, OH seeks a strategic Director of Philanthropy to lead fundraising efforts, drive major gifts, corporate partnerships, and grant activities. You will build a comprehensive program, collaborate with executives, and expand Lifebanc’s donor base while aligning with our mission to save and heal lives.

The role oversees campaigns, donor stewardship, and partnerships with foundations, government, and healthcare organizations to sustain funding and growth for Lifebanc’s

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in nonprofit management, business administration, communications, marketing, public administration, healthcare administration, or related field required.
• Seven to ten years of progressive fundraising, philanthropy, corporate giving, grant development, or related nonprofit experience required.
• Minimum of three years of leadership or management experience in fundraising.

Responsibilities

• Develops and implements annual and multi-year philanthropic strategies aligned with Lifebanc’s mission and financial plan.
• Establishes fund raising goals, KPIs, revenue forecasts, and action plans.
• Builds and manages major donor and corporate giving portfolios with cultivation, solicitation, and stewardship.
• Designs social giving campaigns and manages digital/peer-to-peer giving initiatives, with measurable goals.
• Leads donor recognition, stewardship communications, and impact reporting to support retention.
