Job summary

You will track new member consultations and PT sessions, report performance weekly, and maintain documentation. Collaboration with the Club Manager is essential to sustain club operations and service levels.

Qualifications

• Must hold a national recognized personal training certification and CPR certification.
• Experience managing personal training staff and scheduling.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all aspects of the Personal Training department for a designated Genesis location.
• Recruit, hire, schedule and train personal trainers.
• Ensure profitability of the personal training program and meet department goals.
• Maintain club operations and report profitability weekly and monthly.
• Monitor documentation and records (reports, checklists, etc.).
• Inspect trainers for follow-up with new members.
• Maintain equipment and keep tracking system updated for repairs.
