Genesis Health Clubs in Leavenworth, KS is seeking a department leader to oversee all aspects of the Personal Training program at a designated location. You will recruit, hire, schedule, train and coach personal trainers while driving profitability and member satisfaction.

Responsibilities include monitoring new member consultations, maintaining club operations, preparing weekly profitability reports, and ensuring timely documentation and safety standards in line with company policies.

Qualifications

• Must hold a national recognized personal training certification and CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all aspects of the Personal Training department for a designated Genesis location, including recruiting, hiring, scheduling and training new personal trainers.
• Ensure profitability of the personal training program by overseeing and following up with all new members, department goals and ensuring customer satisfaction.
