Job summary

Genesis Health Clubs is seeking a dedicated Personal Training Department Manager to oversee operations at a designated location. You will recruit, hire, schedule and train personal trainers while driving profitability and member satisfaction.

Responsibilities include maintaining flexible scheduling, tracking new member consultations, and reporting weekly profitability metrics to the District Fitness Manager. Weekend/evening/holiday availability is required.

Qualifications

• Must hold a national recognized personal training certification.
• CPR certification.
• Availability to work weekends, evenings and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all aspects of the Personal Training department for a designated Genesis location, including recruiting, hiring, scheduling and training new personal trainers.
• Ensure profitability of the personal training program by overseeing and following up with all new members, department goals and ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Maintain flexible scheduling to meet the needs of the members and the club.
• Track and report all new member fitness consultations and personal training sessions.
