Job summary

Tangem is seeking a Senior Head of Performance Marketing to lead and scale its global acquisition engine for hardware products and the Tangem Wallet. You will manage a performance team, optimize CAC/ROAS and build a data-driven growth system across web and mobile channels.

You will define channel strategy, test new formats, and drive wallet-related user acquisition and retention while aligning with Product, Analytics and Design. Remote work is supported.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of performance marketing / growth acquisition with leadership experience.
• Proven management of multi-million-dollar annual budgets.
• Deep expertise across Google, Meta, YouTube, TikTok, Apple Search Ads and CPA networks.
• Strong experience with web/e-commerce and mobile app acquisition.
• CRM, lifecycle marketing, retargeting and audience segmentation knowledge.
• Mobile attribution, app events, deep linking and post-install optimization expertise.
• Experience in funnels, cohorts, GA4, Amplitude, AppsFlyer and data warehouses.

Responsibilities

• Lead the performance team and two hands-on Marketing Managers.
• Define customer acquisition strategy across hardware/e-commerce and mobile wallet journeys.
• Allocate investments across channels, markets, products based on economics and growth potential.
• Own CAC, ROAS, LTV/CAC, payback and ensure sustainable growth.
• Build a pipeline for testing new paid channels, formats and mechanics.
• Set testing across channels, audiences, creatives, offers, landing pages and app funnels.
• Drive wallet creation, funding, transactions and retention within Tangem Wallet.
• Ensure integration of paid acquisition, retargeting, activation and lifecycle communication.
