Tines is seeking a Senior Performance Marketing Manager to own and scale our global paid acquisition. You will develop and execute campaigns across search, social, display, and review sites, driving measurable pipeline growth and ROI.

You'll collaborate with Marketing, RevOps, Finance, and agency partners to optimize messaging, creatives, landing pages, and attribution. This hands-on role requires a data-driven mindset and comfort with AI-enabled optimization.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in B2B SaaS performance marketing.
• Proven experience scaling paid acquisition across multiple digital channels.
• Hands-on expertise with Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Reddit Ads, and other B2B channels.
• Strong knowledge of landing page optimization and conversion rate optimization.
• Experience managing large paid media budgets and data-driven decisions.

Responsabilités

• Own strategy, execution, and performance of paid acquisition across channels.
• Optimize campaigns, bidding, messaging, landing pages to maximize pipeline growth.
• Partner with Demand Gen, Growth Marketing, ABM, and Web Marketing.
• Collaborate with Regional Field Marketing for NA, EMEA, and APAC.
• Support Revenue Marketing goals with qualified pipeline and product adoption.
• Improve attribution, visibility, and ROI with RevOps and Finance.
• Manage agency partners and ensure campaign performance.
• Evaluate new channels, AI-enabled workflows to improve efficiency.
