Job summary
Legora seeks a senior leader to own the People technology and data stack, scaling HRIS and analytics for a global organization. You will balance a stable core with automation and AI experimentation while guiding a growing team and aligning with IT and Finance.
You will shape product-led People tech, deliver intuitive employee experiences, and turn complex requirements into simple, scalable solutions for thousands of users.
Qualifications
- Proven leadership of HR technology programs and large-scale transformations.
- Deep HRIS expertise with global implementation experience.
- Experience designing and governing HR tech ecosystems, including data governance.
- Strong product mindset to translate needs into scalable technology.
Responsibilities
- Define and lead the People technology roadmap, architecture, and investment priorities.
- Own HRIS implementation from requirements to adoption and ongoing improvement.
- Establish a product-led approach to People tech and intuitive employee experiences.
- Build data infrastructure, governance, and analytics for trusted workforce insights.
- Lead and collaborate with partners across People, IT, Finance and the business.
