Job summary

Legora, based in New York, seeks a People Tech Manager to design, implement, and scale the HR tech stack and data infrastructure powering our people operations as we expand globally.

You will manage HRIS/ATS, integrations, and AI-enabled tooling, partnering with IT, Finance, Legal, and business leaders to ensure compliant, scalable processes. 4+ years in People Tech strongly preferred, Hibob/Ashby experience a plus.

Qualifications

4+ years managing internal or people technology in high-growth environments.
Deep hands-on experience with modern HRIS platforms and the broader HR tech ecosystem.
Technical fluency to configure, maintain, and evolve cloud-based integrations and event-driven workflows.
Strong stakeholder management and ability to translate between technical and non-technical audiences.

Responsibilities

Design, implement, and scale the HR tech stack (HRIS, ATS, document management) and cloud integrations.
Ensure scalability, security, and regulatory compliance across HR tech platforms.
Maintain data accuracy, reliability, and a single source of truth for people data.
Evolve integrations to create seamless data flows between systems.
Govern data quality and integrity across all people systems.
