Qualifications

• Strong experience in People reporting, workforce analytics, and dashboard development.
• Managing HRIS integrations, APIs, and cross-system data flows.

• Own the People technology ecosystem to ensure scalability and alignment to business needs.
• Analyze workforce data to identify trends and translate findings into actionable insights.
• Ensure data accuracy and integrity across People systems through audits and validation.
