Job summary

Nextpower is seeking a strategic Human Resources Director to partner with our Innovation organization. You will shape talent, culture, and organizational effectiveness to drive growth and competitive advantage across a global footprint.

As a trusted advisor to senior leaders, you will lead data-driven people strategies, leadership development, succession planning, and workforce analytics to build a high-performing, inclusive culture that enables innovation and business growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; Master’s degree preferred.
• 10+ years of progressive HR leadership experience partnering with global Engineering, Product, Innovation and Sales organizations.
• Deep expertise in talent management, organizational effectiveness, employee relations, change management, and workforce planning.
• Strong knowledge of employment law, compensation practices, workforce planning, and HR compliance in a complex global environment.
• Proven success influencing senior leaders and driving business outcomes through strategic people initiatives.
• Exceptional communication, coaching and executive influencing skills.
• Experience leveraging analytics and workforce data to inform strategic decisions.
