Nextpower seeks a strategic and influential Human Resources Director to partner with our Innovation organization and shape talent, culture, and organizational effectiveness for growth and competitive advantage.

As a trusted advisor to senior leaders, you will drive organizational performance, develop exceptional talent, and foster a culture where innovation thrives across a dynamic global environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; Master's preferred.
• 10+ years of progressive HR leadership experience across global Engineering, Product, Innovation and Sales.
• Deep expertise in talent management, organizational effectiveness, employee relations, change management, and workforce planning.
• Strong knowledge of employment law, compensation practices, and HR compliance in a complex global environment.
• Proven success influencing senior leaders and driving business outcomes through strategic people initiatives.
• Exceptional communication, coaching and executive influencing skills.
• Experience leveraging analytics and workforce data to inform strategic decisions.

• Serve as trusted advisor to executive and senior leaders influencing talent decisions.
• Develop and execute integrated people strategies that accelerate business performance, innovation, and growth.
• Translate business priorities into talent, organization, and workforce initiatives that drive measurable outcomes.
• Anticipate emerging talent and organizational challenges and proactively develop solutions.
• Leverage workforce analytics and market trends to guide strategic workforce decisions.
• Lead workforce planning, succession planning, and talent review processes.
• Partner with Talent Acquisition to attract, engage, and retain world-class and diverse talent.
• Champion leadership development, career growth, succession readiness, and internal mobility.
• Identify opportunities to strengthen organizational capability through targeted development and talent strategies.
• Collaborate with Total Rewards to ensure competitive and equitable compensation practices.
