Job summary

Nextpower Inc is seeking a strategic Human Resources Director to partner with the Innovation organization, shaping talent, culture, and organizational effectiveness for growth. You will advise senior leaders, drive workforce analytics, and lead initiatives across a dynamic global environment.

The role demands executive presence, data-driven decision making, and a track record of building leadership capability and high-performing teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; Master's degree preferred.
• 10+ years of progressive HR leadership experience partnering with global Engineering, Product, Innovation and Sales organizations.
• Deep expertise in talent management, organizational effectiveness, employee relations, change management, and workforce planning.
• Strong knowledge of employment law, compensation practices, workforce planning, and HR compliance in a complex global environment.
• Proven success influencing senior leaders and driving business outcomes through strategic people initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a trusted advisor to executive and senior leaders, influencing critical business and talent decisions and translating business priorities into talent initiatives.
• Lead workforce planning, succession planning, and talent reviews to ensure a pipeline of future leaders and critical talent.
• Partner with Talent Acquisition to attract and retain world-class and diverse talent, and champion leadership development and internal mobility.
• Create an environment where innovation, accountability, inclusion, and belonging thrive and drive employee engagement strategies.
• Guide leaders through organizational transformation, change initiatives, and improve agility and organizational health.
• Provide strategic guidance on employee relations matters, investigations, and compliance with employment laws.
