Vesta is seeking a strategic People/HR leader to design leveling and development programs, align with engineering leadership, and scale policies as the company grows. You will partner with managers to drive performance, calibration, and smooth handling of sensitive employee situations.

The role focuses on two core areas: building the development framework and serving as the trusted HR partner to the management tier across the company, including multi-state compliance and employee relations.

Qualifications

• Experience building scalable People programs in fast-growing tech companies.
• Strong collaboration with managers and executive teams.
• Expertise in compliance across multi-state US employment law.
