Vesta Home is seeking a hands-on Human Resources Manager to be a trusted partner for our Los Angeles team. Based in our LA warehouse and office, this in-person role focuses on employee relations, onboarding, and scalable HR practices across the organization.

You’ll report to the VP of Human Resources and influence the employee lifecycle from onboarding to off-boarding, while ensuring compliance with California law and company policies. Compensation ranges from $95,000 to $115,000.

Formación

• 5+ years of progressive Human Resources experience, ideally in a generalist, HRBP, or HR Manager capacity.
• Strong hands-on experience with employee relations, including investigations, performance management, corrective action, and terminations.
• Working knowledge of California employment law and HR compliance requirements.
• Experience supporting an hourly or frontline workforce; warehouse, logistics, retail, hospitality, manufacturing, or another operational environment is strongly preferred.
• Experience administering HRIS and other HR systems, with a strong orientation toward accurate data and efficient processes.
• Strong judgment and the ability to navigate sensitive, confidential, and sometimes ambiguous employee situations.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build credibility with employees at every level of the organization.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant experience; PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP, or SHRM-SCP certification is a plus.
• Ability and willingness to work in person from Vesta’s Los Angeles location five days per week.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee the day-to-day operation of HR in Los Angeles and Pico Rivera offices, ensuring a welcoming and productive workplace.
• Manage onboarding and offboarding to provide a smooth employee experience from day one onward.
• Support policy development, compliance, and HR program execution across the company.
• Partner with Payroll, Benefits, Recruiting, Finance and Operations to resolve employee questions and ensure accurate HR administration.
• Lead employee relations investigations, coaching, and performance management in collaboration with managers.
