Job summary

Vero is seeking a Head of Human Resources to develop and lead the company-wide people strategy, partnering with the CEO and executive team to align culture, leadership, and workforce plans with growth objectives.

This newly created leadership role will influence business leaders through collaboration, not gatekeeping, and will oversee Talent Acquisition, Learning & Development, and HR Operations within a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field.
• 10+ years of progressive HR leadership experience.
• Experience building HR functions in growing organizations.
• Experience with talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, compensation, training, and employment law.

Responsibilities

• Develop and lead the overall people strategy aligned with business goals.
• Partner with CEO and executives to influence business decisions through HR.
• Build an scalable HR service delivery model for leaders and employees.
• Lead workforce planning, organizational design, and integration of HR acquisitions.
• Develop recruiting strategies and scalable onboarding programs.
• Advance leadership development and supervisor capability programs.
• Evolve performance management, accountability, feedback, and recognition practices.
• Oversee compensation, benefits, and HR systems.
