The role partners with senior finance and people leadership to shape compensation, benefits, payroll, and HR systems, supporting growth and employee experience while ensuring compliance and data-driven decision-making across the organization.

Qualifikationen

• 10+ years in People Operations and Total Rewards, with 5+ years in leadership roles.
• Deep knowledge of payroll, benefits, and employment laws.
• Proven leadership in high-growth environments.
• Experience with HR systems like ADP and CultureAmp.
• Strong project management and process design skills.
• Detail-oriented with a proactive approach to operational excellence.

Aufgaben

• Design and implement compensation structures and equity programs.
• Lead market benchmarking and pay equity analyses.
• Collaborate with CPO and CFO on compensation strategy and budgeting.
• Manage benefits programs ensuring compliance with regulations.
• Cultivate relationships with benefits providers and HR technology vendors.
• Oversee payroll function for accuracy and compliance.
• Own HRIS and ensure data accuracy and actionable analytics.
