Job summary

Coforge's Momentuum Blue is seeking a Human Resources Lead to design and scale the people function for a new practice. You will shape the org structure, roles, and career levels as cohorts grow, and partner to co-own the 11-week residential academy with curriculum and training teams.

You'll drive culture, performance frameworks, and talent retention across pods, while building data-driven insights with HR systems and collaborating with leadership across the enterprise.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in HR, business, or a related field.

Responsibilities

• Design how Momentuum Blue's org structure evolves as it scales.
• Co-own the 11-week residential academy with curriculum and training partners.
• Develop culture and retention strategies across pods.
• Design a performance framework based on outcomes.
• Create a clear career ladder from Associate to Pod Lead.
• Lead People Operations across active and pipeline engagements.
• Build HR data reporting and partner with corporate systems.
