Job summary

MatterMore seeks a senior People Scientist to lead enterprise-scale workforce transformation for Fortune 500 clients in executive-facing engagements. You will partner with CHROs, People Analytics, and COE HR leaders to translate data into strategic decisions and scalable playbooks.

You will collaborate with product and data science teams to shape an intelligence platform, driving human-centered AI adoption across large accounts and creating repeatable impact.

Qualifications

6+ years in people science or workforce transformation consulting serving global enterprise portfolios.
Experience with enterprise-scale employee listening (passive listening, collaboration, activity data).
Advanced degree in I/O psychology or related field; PhD strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

Own workforce transformation engagements with Fortune 500 clients end-to-end.
Serve as the primary technical HR-science expert for pursuits—proposals, demos, and executive presentations.
Turn workforce data into predictive, decision-grade insights for workforce planning and decisions.
Lead change management to ensure transformation sticks and measure impact across ROI and outcomes.
Codify delivery into playbooks and diagnostic frameworks to scale across accounts.
