Job summary

FAR.AI is hiring a Head of People to build the systems, team, and culture that will scale the organization from 40 to 75+ staff across geographies. You will own the entire employee lifecycle, from talent acquisition and onboarding to engagement, retention, and beyond.

You will report to the COO and work with the leadership team to create structured people processes, drive org design decisions, and enable the organization to scale while maintaining an inclusive, high-performance culture.

Qualifications

• 7+ years progressive experience in HR or People, including at least 3 years leading a People team or a major sub-function.
• Proven results filling difficult seats with top talent in full-cycle recruiting, preferably with technical roles.
• Demonstrated experience scaling a people function through significant headcount growth.

Responsibilities

• Own and build the People function across HRIS, payroll, onboarding, ATS, immigration, and related systems across geographies.
• Lead end-to-end talent acquisition, employer branding, candidate experience, and interview design.
• Build and maintain performance management, compensation, and benefits practices across the US and beyond.
• Oversee culture, engagement, events, and internal communications to maintain high performance and inclusive culture.
• Partner with the CEO/COO and leadership to guide org design, compensation, and succession.
