Apptronik is seeking a Principal People Analytics Specialist to build and lead the People Analytics function, turning workforce data into signals shaping talent and business decisions. You will set analytics strategy, own data governance, and advise senior leadership.

Qualifications

10+ years in People Analytics or Workforce Analytics
Experience advising senior leadership
Proficient in SQL and BI tools

Responsibilities

Own the People Analytics strategy and multi-year roadmap
Lead advanced statistical and predictive modeling; translate findings for executives
Define and maintain north-star workforce metrics and KPI framework
Build and maintain dashboards, reports, and standardized reporting processes
Serve as analytics advisor to senior leadership on org design and talent strategy
Set technical direction, best practices, and mentorship for People Analytics
Define, own, and evolve the enterprise People data governance framework
Partner with IT to manage system security, access controls, and integrations
Provide analytics support for HR strategic initiatives and projects
