Qualifications

• 10+ years progressive people analytics experience.
• 5+ years leading or managing an analytics team.
• 5+ years embedded in HR with expertise across full employee lifecycle.

Responsibilities

• Design and deliver periodic people analytics insights.
• Build predictive models for headcount and forecasting.
• Architect and govern a single source of truth for people data.
