Hudson River Trading (HRT) is looking for a People Analytics Lead to shape the future of analytics within the organization. This pivotal role focuses on transforming People Analytics into a strategic partner, assisting the People Operations team across various metrics and insights.

With responsibilities including building predictive models and establishing governance around people data, this position requires deep expertise in analytics and team leadership. A competitive salary of $225,000–$275,000 is offered, alongside bonuses and benefits.

Qualifications

• 10+ years progressive people analytics experience.
• 5+ years leading or managing an analytics team.
• 5+ years embedded in HR with expertise across full employee lifecycle.

Responsabilités

• Design and deliver periodic people analytics insights.
• Build predictive models for headcount and forecasting.
• Architect and govern a single source of truth for people data.
