Job summary

BD is seeking a strategic analytics professional to support commercial strategy, portfolio management, and customer engagement from its USA NJ Franklin Lakes headquarters. You will transform data from internal and external sources into actionable business recommendations and executive-ready presentations.

You will analyze market dynamics, customer trends and competitive activity to identify opportunities, risks, and insights that drive BD’s decision making.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; Master’s degree preferred.
• Experience translating data into actionable business recommendations.
• Familiarity with Power BI, Excel, Salesforce, SQL or related tools.
• Healthcare, MedTech, life sciences or related industry experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct analyses supporting commercial strategy, portfolio management, customer engagement, and growth initiatives.
• Evaluate business challenges, opportunities, and market dynamics to identify actionable recommendations.
• Develop executive-ready presentations, summaries, and strategic recommendations.
• Analyze customer, market, competitive and healthcare industry trends to identify opportunities and risks.
• Support customer insight initiatives by synthesizing qualitative and quantitative research findings.
• Monitor healthcare utilization, market share, and reimbursement changes to inform decisions.
• Develop insights to improve commercial effectiveness and customer engagement strategies.
