Job summary

Avala in San Francisco is seeking a leader to scale the team from 8 to 45+ FTE, owning recruiting, org design, performance management, and culture as the company enters wartime growth after Series A. You will shape the people function, recruit bold talent, and build the data infrastructure that underpins our Fleet Learning Infrastructure for Physical AI.
