Job summary

Care Options For Kids in the United States seeks a Director of Business Operations to lead marketing, client services, and referrals in your region. You will supervise staff, coordinate services, and build strong relationships with clients, families, hospitals, and referral sources.

Reporting to the Business Operations Area Director, you will create strategies, manage budgets, and ensure compliance with laws and policies while driving growth in census, service hours, and revenue.

Qualifications

• Preferred Bachelor's degree in business, health care administration, or related field.
• Experience with common office software including Word, Outlook and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Create and implement marketing plan and strategy with clear goals.
• Monitor and evaluate effectiveness of marketing efforts through analysis of activity and referrals.
• Adjust plan to maximize ROI of marketing resources.
• Conduct market research including competitive and demographic analyses.
• Identify new and existing top accounts and forge strong business relationships.
• Maintain communication with staff to stay aware of new referral sources.
• Grow the assigned area in client census, service hours, revenue and territory.
• Establish relationships with local hospitals and case management for referrals.
