Job summary

Care Options for Kids is seeking a regional marketing leader to manage staff, coordinate client services, and build strong client and caregiver relationships. You will report to the Business Operations Area Director and drive initiatives across marketing, referrals, and community partnerships.

The role requires a degree or equivalent experience, proficiency with MS Office, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced healthcare environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred or minimum five years of relevant professional experience.
• Proficient with Microsoft Word, Outlook and Excel; comfortable using technology.
• Ability to think independently and deliver outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Create and implement marketing plan and strategy with clear goals.
• Monitor and evaluate marketing effectiveness through referrals and activity analysis.
• Adjust plan to maximize ROI of marketing resources.
• Conduct market research including competitive and demographic analyses.
• Identify top accounts and build strong business relationships.
• Maintain consistent communication with office staff about referral sources.
