Job summary

The American Red Cross is seeking a Payments & eCommerce Lead to shape the strategy and governance of the organization’s payment ecosystem. You will oversee budgeting, vendor relationships, and performance analytics across cards, ACH, digital wallets, and emerging rails.

Located anywhere in the U.S., this senior role partners with Treasury, Finance, Security, Legal, IT, and business units to ensure compliant, scalable operations and sustained cost-effectiveness.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Information Systems, or related field required. MBA or other relevant certification preferred.
• Minimum of 8 years of related experience or equivalent combination of education and related experience required. MBA is preferred.
• 5 years of management experience.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute the roadmap for payment acceptance and disbursement capabilities.
• Establish payment operations, reporting procedures, controls, and standards.
• Lead financial analysis, business case development, and reporting related to payment performance.
